This wholly international card’s concept and photo originated in San Francisco in 1997.  The card itself was produced in Germany.  It found its way to Finland, where it was mailed in 2011 with an unusual punk rock band stamp (and Priority label) to Hong Kong.  Who could ask for more.  Some postal abrasions.  Grade: 2
