Here’s the story:  this card has two stamps and a Matterhorn postmark (and abrasions and adjustments on both sides) and was mailed from Switzerland to the Belgian Congo, where another large postmark was appended and the card was forwarded on somewhere else.  Absolutely international.  Grade: 3
