Regrets that our Dutch language facility is not strong enough to know what this is all about (Gelukkig valt er thuis ook nog genoeg te ontdekken.) but the card was mailed from Switzerland in 2002, with a holographic stamp, and would be perfect apart from a minor but visible crease vertically across the card.
