Nice Hoa-Qui 4682 unused card with multiple views of what then was a very sleepy town. It dates from the mid-60s, has a somewhat aging reverse, and the front has minor edge and corner abrasions. Considering how we got this card, it’s a minor miracle that’s all the damage it has. Grade: 3
