Hoa-Qui 3649 card from 1968 doesn’t specify Kenya but it was bought there and publisher (Taws) is there. Still, the primary caption is in French … so who knows. It’s Africa for sure. Minor edge abrasions on front, and aging reverse. Grade: 3

A sentimental favourite, because this 1967 Sapra J8 postcard was the first one we picked up when living in Kenya. Never mailed, it has an aged reverse and is covered in memories. Grade: 3

Two of these mid-1970s cards are available. The better one is unused and genuinely as-new (Grade: 1, $4.50). The other one was mailed, has one intact and one partial stamp, no legible postmark, and had been taped to a bulletin board or something and was disrupted by that on the reverse (Grade: 4, $2.50)
