2013 Lunar New Year lottery card
Refer to item 20307267 about this and similar cards in the sequence. Substitute 2013 (Year of the Snake) for those from 2012. All are unused. Other than designs, the only difference is that these 2013 cards have QR codes on the stubs. Why is this card cheaper than the others? No special reason. Grade: 1

Cinema lottery card
This long, unused card (3-1/16″ x 9-7/8″) issued by China Post comes in three connected parts: the card itself, with pre-printed postage, a QR code, and a lottery number; a middle section with what looks like instructions and another serial number; and the orange stub. The reverse refers to two websites and it looks like you can also download Apps for your own use there. Complicated, and entirely in Chinese. There’s a bit of creasing, not serious. Grade: 2

As originally issued by China’s State Postal Bureau, this card has pre-printed Olympics postage, then two more real stamps added for mailing in 2013. Two postmarks also. This must have been some kind of lottery card, as it also has a serial number. The front art is printed with a motion effect: not 3D, but a sort of holographic rotating stars. Grade: 1

In addition, the red card in the set has a large round (and red) printed seal in the message area, saying “Best wishes from the on-site opening ceremony” in Chinese and English (see 20307565B). Lunar New Year 2008, and Olympics
It’s a Chinese New Year lottery card, with a big “thank you” to security volunteer workers from the State Security Bureau for their diligence and hard work. Serial numbered for a long-finished contest. Unused, with pre-printed postage and issued by the State Postal Bureau. Heavily handled but otherwise unmarked. Grade: 3
-
Beijing United Bank Ltd.
This seems to be an unused lottery card from 1997. It’s been heavily handled over the years but is unused. It has pre-printed postage with a kind of cancellation mark over that. In any case it was issued by the Government and not by the bank–which might have been a State bank anyway, so no difference there. And it says how a square of water and soil can support one person. Grade: 2
-
EMS 1993 – Lottery Card
