Politics aside, what a spectacular place this is. Card was mailed in the late 1990s and has a reasonably full postmark but no stamp, which is how things were done at the post office at that time. The front has some abrasion. Grade: 3

Mailed from India to the USA in 1914. Stamp is there, along with partly legible postmark. There’s an especially poignant message from a mother to her daughter, reminding us of more than a few literary accounts from that era. Or now, even. Grade: 4
