Health Promotion Board
As only Singapore could do it, this extraordinarily thick card promotes five steps to build a healthier mind, with “I (heart) me” as the focal point. Each of these icons is encircled by a sort of incision, so we’re not sure whether these are meant to be pushed out as stickers or not. We haven’t tried. Unused. Grade: 1

Uniquely Singapore (4 connected cards)
Four 2007 cards are connected; the photo here shows two of them. Three of the four could have been mailed from Singapore for free because postage was pre-printed by the Singapore Tourism Board. The fourth (on reverse) gives the rules of a contest and can’t be mailed normally. Anyway, everything is unused. Grade: 1

Arguably Singapore’s most famous hotel, Raffles survives. This card has serrated edges and was mailed in Malaysia in 1986 with Johor stamp and nearly all of a postmark. Grade: 3

The caption says: “While most countries have a Park in the City, Singapore has a City in the Park.” Mailed in Malaysia in 1986, the card has a Johor stamp and partly legible postmark. Grade: 3

A well-travelled card with three different and colourful stamps, mailed in 1997. The post office affixed a sticker at the bottom so they could do their barcoding. The sticker partly covers the caption. Grade: 3

Two unused cards are available, of the oldest military club in Singapore, built in 1924 (the Club, not the card). Rubber stamp of two elephants in the address area, with assorted minor stains and abrasions. Grades: 4

Two cards are available. Serrated edges. Each was mailed (at the same time, in 1986) from Malaysia (not Singapore) with a Johor stamp and faintly readable postmark. One is Grade 3 ($4.50) and the other is Grade: 4 ($3.50).
