Yes, before you scream at us, if we are going to have a “CCCP” category — and we do — this unused maximum card should probably go into it — because it was issued in 1990, has a CCCP stamp, and so on.  But as you can also notice, we don’t have a lot of cards from Azerbaijan now, and Baku is there, so as British people might say, Bob’s your uncle.  Grade: 1
