At one time it was popular to say things like “Life imitates art.” When we see this card, we immediately think of the Venetian Casino in Macau, and their interior Grand Canal–which honestly is quite impressive. We have no experience with the real thing, though. Card mailed in 2013 with stamps, postmarks, and address label affixed. Orange postal barcoding. Grade: 4

Ancona Citta
We don’t know if this was to be a postcard or just artwork of the same size, but it was mailed as a card from Germany (not Italy) in 2013, with five stamps plus one coloured meter label, and a large round “Ancona Citta Filatelico” chop on the back. Grade: 4

Indeed, a very early postcard of horse racing, and in great condition. The stamp is there, along with two postmarks and an extra small postal “chop”. We aren’t sure of the date of posting, but if you understand this from the center of the postmark: 4.7.10.11, you will know more than we do. A very strong Grade: 2
