Unused Dominguez card 118 shows the Arch of Cuchilleros, the Palace of Communications, and Segovia Bridge. A very high-quality card. Grade: 1
-
Toledo, Alcantara Bridge and Alcazar
This card was mailed in 1990, with two stamps but partial postmark. Considering what happened, it survived the trip well: the sender meant to direct the card to Malaysia, but wrote “Indonesia” instead, so there it went and was forwarded along with a large rubber stamp on the reverse that says the card was missent to Jakarta. Grade: 2
-
Cordova, Great Mosque
Technically these two cards could be listed under “Malaysia” because they were issued in 1990 in conjunction with a World of Islamic Civilization Expo in Kuala Lumpur. They were also mailed in Malaysia, in 1990 and 1991, each with one Malaysian stamp. They have a perforated left edge because they were issued with a detachable stub. Grades: 3

A good postcard gone bad. The front: stain on bottom margin, together with orange postal bar coding. Grade: 4
-
Cordova, Great Mosque
In 1990 the World of Islamic Civilization Expo in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, issued cards with Islamic themes, including this one. There is a serrated se-tenant stub still attached. Grade: 4

Alicante, La Albufereta at night
Mailed in 2010, this card is badly printed on the front and boring at best, but the real question we have is about the stamp(s) on the reverse. Either Spain uses a large stamp that looks a lot like waves or clouds with no printing at all, or someone is getting away with sending cards for almost free (there is also a 0.01e stamp, and indistinct postmark). But what do we know about stamps, anyway? Grade: 2
