Two of these cards from the 1990s are available, before Dubai was DUBAI.  One was never mailed and is in great condition (Grade: 1, $5) and the other was mailed in 1991 with stamp and postmark (Grade: 1, $8).

As we type this, Hong Kong has five of the world’s 21 tallest buildings, and Burj Khalifa in Dubai is almost exactly twice the height of the tallest one (ICC) in Hong Kong.  We look out the window at ICC and wonder, how could Dubai manage this?  But of course, they did!  Unused card.  Grade: 1
