As we type this, Hong Kong has five of the world’s 21 tallest buildings, and Burj Khalifa in Dubai is almost exactly twice the height of the tallest one (ICC) in Hong Kong. We look out the window at ICC and wonder, how could Dubai manage this? But of course, they did! Unused card. Grade: 1
