Cape Pembroke Lighthouse
Little extra comment: we don’t know how many lighthouses there are in the world–nobody does–or how many lighthouse postcards there are, either. We have spent some time trying to build a fair representation of them, and were very happy to find this one. Actually we have two of these cards. One is unused (Grade: 1, $8) and the other–very special to us–was mailed from Stanley in 2016 with stamp and clear postmark. Corner creasing from being in transit, on the lower left (Grade: 2, $14).

World Wide Fund for Nature – 26 August 1991 Maximum Cards (Set of 4)
That was a busy philatelic year for WWF, and it can be hard to pin down what’s really available online. So we will be as clear as we can: this is a set of four Falkland Islands maximum cards, presumably all showing penguins though the set remains sealed in Cello-wrap. Grade: 1
