Card mailed in about 2000 (postmark is indistinct) and refers to Shepherd’s, Batopilas. It has two stamps, and a couple of small dents on front but is otherwise OK. Grade: 2

This really oversized card of Templo Expiatoria Jalisco was mailed in 1999 and has two stamps, with partial postmark. Corners show minor bending, and one small tear on one edge. Grade: 3

Card mailed in 1967, and has two stamps and mostly readable postmark. Upper left corner mildly creased; otherwise in very good condition. Grade: 2

Uxmal, Yucatan
Card was written in 1987 but never mailed. It shows the Palacio del Gobernador, Venus las Monjas, Templo del Adivino de las Palomas … Reverse has begun to discolor but front is very nice. Grade: 4

Tijuana, bullfight
Into bullfight postcards? We have three of these, dating from the 1960s. Two are unused, each in the same condition: front is probably darkening, and reverse definitely is, but no stains or creases (Grades: 2, $2) and the third was mailed in the USA in 1971, with two stamps and postmark (Grade: 4, $1).

Tijuana, international border
Three Vistacolor V8051 cards are available showing this busy and congested border crossing. Who knows, our car might be in there somewhere. Two of these cards were never mailed, and one was mailed from USA. They date from mid-1980s. The two unmailed ones are in good condition for their age (Grades: 1, $9). The mailed one isn’t bad either, with only minor abrasion (Grade: 3, $10).

Mazatlan, Sinaloa, doesn’t look like this anymore, if it ever did. This unused mid-20th century Fischgrund card was never high-quality to begin with, but its primitive nature makes it all the more desirable. Reverse is aging naturally and significantly. Grade: 2

Unusual and somewhat bleak view of Xochimilco without people. Fischgrund card 139 obtained in 1967 and never mailed. Reverse beginning to age, and edges very slightly abraded. Grade: 3

Two cards are available, from Pan American Airlines. The front of one has minor abrasions and creases on each corner. Mailed in 1954, stamp is intact and postmark mostly readable but it has other notations on back apart from the message (Grade: 5, $2). The other is unused (Grade: 1, $7).
