The prison dates from 1875 (until 1909) but the unused Petley card D-16589, with serrated edges, is later than that. Grade: 1

It’s a good overview of the city but the caption spends all its space on “Tempe Town Lake”, which is only barely visible in the photo. Mailed in 2025 but the round Global Forever stamp is uncancelled. Grade: 3
