Unused C.T. Art-Colortone card 0B-H362. When this vintage postcard was printed, it must have been a decent place. Our Google search turned up later reviews that made it sound like Hell on Earth. Not so sure what it is now — something is there. The card, though, is great, and iconic for its genre. Grade: 1

The Crystal Lake Recreation Area is in the Angeles National Forest, north of Azusa in the San Gabriel Mountains. This is an old, unused, real-photo companion card for #10105715K, also with a slight diagonal crease. You might not see it well in the scan, but there’s a white-on-white caption at bottom front. If both cards are available, take them for $9 (for both). Grade: 3
