Tivoli Miniature World, St. Peter’s Basilica (Canada)
This unused “local” card 56353-D can be misleading if you don’t pay close attention. Of course if you know the history of Tivoli Miniature World, once near Niagara Falls and which closed in the late 1990s, you won’t need to worry. Grade: 2

Mailed in 2011 with stamp and blue Priority label affixed. Abrasion on bottom right front. Grade: 3

Hong Kong Disneyland, Set C
You may compare these with sets A (item 36600017) and B (36600018). These are sets of three unused cards in their original, unopened Cellophane wrap; but each card is wrapped individually and connected by the blue part at the top so they can all be seen clearly. The three cards show Mickey and Minnie and others near a tram (pictured); near the Clock Tower at the Kowloon Star Ferry, with Hong Kong Island in the background; and in a composite night view. Grade: 1
-
Anaheim Disneyland, Adventure thru Inner Space (Monsanto)
Please read this description carefully. Two of these items are available, both unused. They look like postcard-sized pamphlets, of a cover plus four pages (sheets), of which the front cover is actually a postcard and the remainder of the pages (and back cover) either describe what was in this Monsanto attraction, or various Monsanto products and innovations. What you see in this scan are the front (i.e., the night view, which is the postcard) and the back covers. Grades: 1
-
Hong Kong Disneyland (set of 5)
Not to be confused with our other sets of three cards, this is a (scarcer) set of five, in its original wrap. We have scanned the back instead of the front–and deleted the original retail price–because it shows miniatures of all five cards. Very iconic Hong Kong, indeed, and hard to get. Grade: 1
-
Magic Kingdom Park, Space Mountain Attraction (Florida, USA)
Mailed in 2013 with Global Forever stamp and blue USPS Airmail label, this card has a readable Hartford postmark. As the card was once part of a linked set, two edges are perforated. Grade: 1

-
Greetings from Disneyland (Anaheim, USA)
This is one of the very unusual cards that fits into many of our theme categories, so you might see the same card several times. (Sorry about that!) But what a nice card, mailed in 1972 with 6-cent stamp and Anaheim postmark. We would like to repeat the caption in its entirety: “Guests entering Disneyland are greeted by a floral Mickey Mouse and the Santa Fe and Disneyland Depot where a scaled-down model of a passenger train of another era puffs out of the station to take them on a scenic tour of Disneyland.” Official card. Grade: 2
-
Walt Disney World, Cinderella Castle, Fantasyland (Florida)
Official card, mailed in 1971 with 6-cent stamp and multiple but incomplete postmarking. The front is very clean. Grade: 2
-

Older views, all identified, on a newer unused card. Grade: 1

-
Old Tucson (Arizona, USA)
Not to be misled by the caption, “Old Tucson” was a reconstruction of Tucson as it was in 1859, built apparently for the filming of the movie “Arizona.” Anyway, the caption explains all this. Card was mailed in 1967 with stamp and postmark. Some postmark ink transfer on the front. Grade: 2
-
Generic ferris wheel
Among my circle of friends, we used to joke along the lines of “Five points if you can identify where this is.” Well, for you — ten points! We’ve no idea, except that the card was mailed from PR China in 2013 with a large “stadium” stamp and full postmark. Grade: 1
-
Anaheim Disneyland, Old Dobbin
We did a cursory Google search and all the other Old Dobbin cards we found were horizontal, while this one has a vertical layout. The main caption says “Journey through the ‘Good Old Days'”. The card was mailed in 1980, with 10-cent stamp and partial postmark, and slight staining on the reverse. Grade: 2
