Card mailed in mid-90s, Perak stamp, not quite legible postmark. The ferry has largely been overtaken by the bridge, so here’s a relic. Some edge and corner abrasion. Grade: 3

Two cards are available. One was mailed in 1994, with nice commemorative stamp and partly legible postmark (Grade: 2) and the other in 1991 with a commemorative “wasp” stamp but illegible postmark (Grade: 2).

Aerial river view (Singapore)
Very nice, clear B&W real photo dating from earlier 20th cent. It’s marred only by minor abrasion and that the front corners had been pasted in an album. When the card came out, so did three corner surfaces. Reverse is slightly smudged. Grade: 4

Chinese junk and sampan (Singapore)
Unused old Continental Stamp card #46, minor edge abrasion on front, and as it had been in an album, there are some corner indentations from that. Reverse is aged but unmarked. Grade: 2 -
Singapore River, Boat Quay
Singaporean postcards rarely stray too far from the river. Two of these cards, with serrated edges, are available. One is unused, as-new (Grade: 1, $5). The other was mailed in 1995 with three large stamps and mostly readable postmark, but also with indistinct orange postal barcoding across the front (Grade: 2, $7).

Phi Phi Island (Thailand)
Issued by Thai Airways in 1980s or 90s. Seven are available. Five are unmailed and as-new (Grade: 1, $3.00). Two were mailed: one from Thailand in 1996, with three nice stamps and a slight crease on upper left front corner (Grade: 2, $6.50); one from Malaysia in 1999, with two Malaysian commemoratives and full postmark (Grade: 3, $6).

Royal barges (Bangkok)
Apart from being an attractive card in its own right, it has five stamps (three different commemoratives) and full postmarks from being mailed in 2000. There is a postal barcode imprint on bottom reverse, and a little ink smudging on the front. Grade: 3 -
Boats (Vietnam)
This card was mailed from Malaysia in 1995, with large Malaysian wildlife stamp but no legible postmark. Significant water stain on reverse; lower right front corner is a little crumpled. Grade: 4 -
Market under bridge (Hoi An, Vietnam)
Three different stamps, three postmarks, one blue rubber “Par Avion/May Bay” stamp and a faint orange postal bar code co-exist on this card mailed in 1997. It’s nice. Grade: 2

Suez Canal
This unused card dates from the late 1960s, but with such a scene, who knows about the photo? After the canal was built, of course. Card has serrated edges and is unused. Front of card is as-new. Reverse has aged significantly but has no additional markings. Grade: 3

Monrovia view (Liberia)
This view of fishermen and the True Whig Building along the Mesurado River was mailed in 1975 and has two large stamps, but the postmark only barely registered on one of them. Corners show minor abrasion, but otherwise no damage. Grade: 2

This unused card dates from the mid-1960s. Normal slight age discoloration on reverse and a minor corner abrasion. This card really has a back-story. If you’re interested, just ask us. Grade: 2

The front of this John Hinde “Beautiful Jamaica” card 2JM16 is OK, in average mailed condition. The reverse, though, is a mess, with stamp removed and also large parts of the message and address from tape, or whatever. Grade: 5
