Washoe County Courthouse, Reno (Nevada)
Divorce was not always as easy as it is now, and Reno was the place to go, and this courthouse was Ground Zero. The caption on reverse elaborates just a little bit. Card was mailed with a 2-cent stamp, probably in 1957 but the postmark is not distinct. Grade: 2

The card dates the photo from 1986, but was mailed in 2010 with five different stamps (one of them being very large) and two full postmarks. Significant creasing on upper left corner, but then the card was in transit for quite awhile. Grade: 3

Perak State Government Building, Ipoh (Malaysia)
All right then! If you’re in the mood for postcards of a Malaysian state government building, you’ve come to exactly the right place. Three of these mailed cards are available, each with stamp and at least part of a postmark. On one, the stamp is a bit abraded (Grade: 3, $3). On another, the Perak stamp and mark are fine (Grade: 2, $4). On the third, the stamp is fine but the reverse is a mess (Grade: 4, $2).
