We think this B&W real photo card was mailed in 1955. It’s a full Matterhorn postmark but the stamp (also of a mountain and gondola) partly obscures the date. Serrated edges. Purple “Luftpost” and “Par Avion” chop. Grade: 2

Here’s the story: this card has two stamps and a Matterhorn postmark (and abrasions and adjustments on both sides) and was mailed from Switzerland to the Belgian Congo, where another large postmark was appended and the card was forwarded on somewhere else. Absolutely international. Grade: 3

Issued by China Post for 2012 Lunar New Year, these unused lottery cards have stubs with serial numbers (the lottery has ended, sorry) and also have pre-printed postage. We call this Matterhorn, but we are geographically challenged, so if you know what mountain this really is, please let us know. Grades: 1
