Card was mailed from Billings, MT in 1994 and has the full postmark and a 40-cent stamp. Shows just a little bit of having been in the mail. Grade: 2

Newport Bridge
Mailed from Providence, RI in 1991 with a torn 40-cent Lillian M. Gilbreth stamp, this card of New England’s longest suspension bridge (is it still?) also notes the “rarely photographed primary and secondary rainbow.” Grade: 4

OK, it’s a stretch, but look for the rainbow on the side of the hotel. We’re not big on Roman numerals but it looks like the printed date on this unused card is 1995. Grade: 1
