That outer cover has been handled a lot, and shows it, but the cards (temples’ names captioned in western lettering) are fine. These include Prasat Banteay Srei and Banteay Samre. It would be easy to be confused by this card since it was mailed from Vatican City with two different stamps and Vatican postmark. However this is the “Papal Basilica of St. Paul outside the Walls” and not inside the Vatican itself. Mailed in 1967. Grade: 2

This style of card–incorporating a single film cell–is relatively recent. We also have one from PR China (another category) but we’re not sure where else they might appear. This one is an unused card and quite distinctive. It also incorporates a fold-out stand on the back so it can be displayed on a desk. Grade: 1

A sticker on the back cellowrap of this unopened set says there are 15 cards. We think that’s true–but we have not opened it to check. If so, expect 15 different views in and around this massive Buddhist complex. Grade: 1
