The card was produced in Holland but mailed from Finland in 2011. A stamp (and blue Priority label) is there, but no postmark. Grade: 4

White panties and Chinese take-away
This wholly international card’s concept and photo originated in San Francisco in 1997. The card itself was produced in Germany. It found its way to Finland, where it was mailed in 2011 with an unusual punk rock band stamp (and Priority label) to Hong Kong. Who could ask for more. Some postal abrasions. Grade: 2

Roughly 4″ x 8-5/8″ card, mailed in 2011 with three stamps and two postmarks. It survived being mailed from Brazil to Hong Kong! Grade: 2

Well, we sure don’t know. Lady Gaga comes to mind, but that shouldn’t be right. The card gives no clue, no caption. Mailed from USA in 2012 with six stamps (five the same), address label, and obscured modern postmark. Ink transfer on the front. Grade: 4

Four of these unused cards from 2012, captioned as Grandpa & Grandma Stone, are available (Grades: 1, $2) and one more, mailed in 2019 with two stamps, two postmarks, and a blue airmail label (Grade: 1, $4). Captions vary slightly depending on print run.

Pulp fiction book cover art on a card mailed from Finland in 2012 with an Angry Bird stamp (at least we think it is; ask first!!), faint postmark, and blue Priority label. One perforated edge, as coming from a set. Grade: 1

In this case, the sender provided the translation: “100% the Best … When you’re good, you’re really good. But when you’re naughty, you’re really awesome.” We doubt Google can improve on that, so we won’t look 🙂 Mailed with Aurora borealis stamp, mostly illegible postmark, and Priority label. Grade: 1

One of our more eye-catching contemporary cards, that’s for sure, and would entertain every postman along the way. Mailed in 2012 from Amsterdam, with two stamps, part of the postmark, and blue Priority label affixed. Grade: 2

Yes, that’s the translation from the Norwegian caption: Reinsdyr i brunst. Mailed in 2012 with stamp, full postmark, and bilingual A Prioritaire label affixed. Orange postal barcoding on the reverse. Grade: 1

Bless Google Translate, which renders this as “Come let you smooch.” We never said “Sexy” would be reserved for one species only. Mailed in 2012, two stamps, postmark, trilingual Priority label, and some postal abrasion on the reverse. Grade: 3
