Unused. Grade: 1

I (heart) Chiang Mai (Thailand)
Multiple views, including Wachiratham and Mae Klang Falls and others, identified in English on the reverse caption of this card mailed with two different stamps and partial postmark, with blue Air Mail chop. Grade: 1
-
Yosemite National Park, The Four Falls (California)
Mailed in 1973 with a 15-cent stamp and postmark, the four falls are identified in the caption (Nevada, Yosemite, Vernal, Bridal Veil) and some statistics are there too. That white area at upper left top is an abrasion. Grade: 5
-
Taveuni (Fiji)
Taveuni is the third-largest island in Fiji, after Viti Levu and Vanua Levu, at 434 square km. The cigar-shaped island, a massive shield volcano which rises from the floor of the Pacific Ocean, is situated 6.5 km east of Vanua Levu, across the Somosomo Strait. And the waterfall is somewhere on it. Unused 4″ x 8-1/4″ card. Grade: 1
-
Niagara Falls (Canada)
The card was published in Canada, so we’ll treat it as Canadian … mailed in 2024 with three (uncancelled) stamps. The card has a sort of glitter effect on the front — it sparkles, but fortunately none of that falls off. Grade: 3
-
Niagara Falls (USA)
Mailed in 2024, it has the Global Forever stamp and postmark, but also a taped address label. Grade: 5
-
Chiang Mai, Wachirathan Waterfall (Thailand)
Unused Maekmai House card CM.358. Grade: 1
-
Koh Chang, Klong Plu Waterfall (Thailand)
Unused Maekmai House card KC.321. Sharp eyes may notice the card’s caption spells this attraction as “Klong Plu” while the sign more clearly shows “Khlong Phlu”. Trust us that Google is no help with this because it all comes from the Thai alphabet anyway. The card? Grade: 1

Yunnan (Set of 30+) (PR China)
Our scan shows you the front cardboard cover of this unopened set (in original Cello-wrap), and like other similar sets it has 30 postcards, 30 attached “share card” stubs and 460 tiny stickers. We assume but have not verified that the photos on the cover represent some of the cards in the pack. Yunnan is a most colourful province. Baishuitai Falls should be in there. Grade: 1
-
Li Jiang “Photography Postcard” (Set of 10) (Yunnan, PR China)
This set of 10 unused cards comes in a heavy paper cover, whose front panel we show in the scan. The ten cards fairly represent every major tourist or scenic attraction in the Lijiang area, and each card is extensively captioned in Chinese. And yes, there are waterfalls. Grade: 1
-
Bai Shui Tai (Set of 10) (Yunnan, PR China)
Baishuitai, also known as the White Water Terraces, is a series of white, terraced formations created by mineral-rich spring water. The site is situated in Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Baidi Village, Sanba Township, Shangri-La City, at the foot of Haba Snow Mountain, and while this unused 2009 set of ten cards from China Post is extensively captioned in Chinese on the reverses, all the captions are the same. Pre-printed, coloured 80 fen postage on each card. Grade: 1
-
China Yunnan (Set of 16) (PR China)
The formal (translated) name of this set is “Colorful South” and the back cover — our scan shows it — says there are 16 cards, presumably the same as the thumbnails. If so, the focus is on rural scenes. The unopened set is sealed in such a way that we can’t easily open it, so we won’t. Try the QR code? Grade: 1
