Issued by Royal Mail in October 2018, this was mailed from the U.K. in 2021 with two large stamps and postmark — altogether a superb combination of elements for any contemporary postcard. Some important things for you to note about this card: (1) the front legend actually reads “London Buses before the War,” and we’re not sure why that’s missing in the scan. (2) the scan makes the card look old, but it’s not; it’s a reproduction. (3) the card was mailed from Indonesia, not London, in 2021 — with two large stamps and blurred postmark. Grade: 3
